Aviata Health Group in Lecanto, Florida, seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family of caregivers at Aviata at Brentwood. You will provide direct patient care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living under supervision of a professional nurse.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in evaluations.
• Oversee Falls and Pressure Sore programs.
• Provide nursing services to residents and patients.
• Document evaluations of medical status for each resident.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
