Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Lecanto, Florida is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aviata at Brentwood. You will deliver person-centered care and supervise nurse aides during a night shift.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with facility personnel following policies.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, assign tasks, and manage performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Brentwood, a premier healthcare provider in Lecanto, Florida. Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
