Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Aviata at the Gardens - Tallahassee, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Tallahassee, Florida. You will provide patient-centered care to residents and patients while advancing your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include direct care under supervision of a nurse, supervision of CNAs, and participation in safety and treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation

• Perform other duties as assigned
