Aviata at Brentwood in Lecanto, FL seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, daily living support to residents in a team-oriented setting.

You will assist with personal care, mobility and meals, ensuring safety and dignity. We offer day, evening, and night shifts along with benefits and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Florida CNA license.
• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties.
• Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.

• Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.

• Providing companionship and conversation.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
