Job summary

Aviata at Englewood in Englewood, FL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care to residents and patients and collaborate with CNAs and nurses to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Job Summary

Aviata at Englewood, a leading healthcare provider in Englewood, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

Additional Benefits

• $28- $32 HOURLY
• 500 referral bonus for nurses and c.n.a's - paid out in 90 days
• Perfect Punch Program - $225 bi-weekly bonus (full time only)

• Shift diffs M-F after 3p and all shifts on the weekend
