Job summary

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our post-acute and long-term care nursing team in Pennsylvania. We offer Day, Evening, and Night shifts, with full-time/part-time/PRN options and a weekend program.

Join a dedicated team that collaborates with Therapy, Social Services, Activities, and Nutrition to tailor care for each resident.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in the state.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per residents’ care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise and provide direction to CNAs.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care team.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team.

For more than 50 years, Valley Manor has proudly served the local community by providing high-quality post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services. Our nursing team works closely with Therapy, Social Services, Activities, and Nutritional Services to meet the individual needs of every resident.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Full-time employees are scheduled for 10 shifts per pay period, including every other weekend.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ individualized care plans

• Supervise and provide direction to Certified Nursing Assistants
