Baya-Pointe-Nursing- in Lake City, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care in the EMR, and support the nursing team.

Shifts are available evenings and nights (7p–7a). Ideal candidates hold an active FL LPN license, have completed an accredited nursing program, and possess strong communication and time‑management skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
