Job summary

DeBary Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in our skilled nursing facility on a nightly shift from 11pm to 7am.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
