Aston Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document care in the electronic medical record.

This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules (3p-11p). Strong communication, time management, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential. Weekend and holiday availability is required; EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
