Job summary

Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our patient-focused team.

The LPN delivers nursing and supportive care under the direction of the RN, communicates with physicians and staff to coordinate care, and documents all services while reporting changes in patient condition to the RN. Flexible 12-hour shifts are required to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current and active LPN license – Louisiana.
• Current CPR certification.
