What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our nursing team, you will:
- Provide high‑quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
- Observe residents, document care, and report changes in condition
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Support training and orientation for new staff
- Ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
- Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and person‑centered care principles
- Create a positive, respectful, and compassionate experience for residents, families, and colleagues

Physical Demands
This role includes standing, talking, walking, and frequent movement; occasional lifting up to 60 lbs to assist residents; and use of nursing equipment.
What You Bring
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin (must be maintained)
- Preferably experience in long‑term care
- Ability to supervise Nursing Assistants
- Strong clinical skills, compassion, and commitment to resident‑centered care
- Must pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license (if driving is required)
