Complete Care is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Wisconsin to deliver resident-centered care with compassion. We emphasize flexible pay options including daily access to earnings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license eligible for practice in Wisconsin.
• Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team or independently when required.
• Previous LTC experience preferred, but all qualified applicants with a heart for senior care are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per care plans.
• Perform treatments per physician orders within LPN scope.
• Monitor residents; report & record condition changes to RN/Unit Manager.
• Maintain timely electronic medical records (EHR) for continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
• Support nursing leadership with additional tasks to maintain high care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Administer medications to residents safely and accurately in accordance with their specific care plans.

• Physician Orders: Perform treatments as assigned per physician’s orders, staying strictly within the LPN scope of practice.

• Resident Monitoring: Carefully observe, report, and record resident conditions. Identify signs and symptoms indicating a change in status and communicate them to the RN or Unit Manager.

• Documentation: Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records (EHR) to ensure continuity of care across all shifts.

• Regulatory Compliance: Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies.

• Collaborative Duties: Support nursing leadership with additional tasks as assigned to ensure high standards of facility operation.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensure: Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license eligible for practice in the state of Wisconsin.
