Job summary

Care Options for Kids seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. In this role, you provide one-on-one care in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver focused and consistent nursing support for pediatric patients.

Ideal candidates hold a New Jersey LPN license (or multistate license), have a recent physical, and possess or be willing to obtain required credentials (PPD/Chest X-ray, BLS CPR, driver’s license).

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Physical within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities
