Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care in the home, with support from a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

The ideal candidate values meaningful patient relationships and clear direction, ensuring safe, consistent care. Responsibilities include following plans of care, coordinating with families, and maintaining CDC-aligned safety practices.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership.
• Follow plans of care with oversight from RN.
• Maintain CDC-aligned safety practices in every home.
