Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing care in the family home, collaborating with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure safe, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license or multistate license.
• Physical examination within the last three years.
• PPD (TB test) or Chest X-Ray requirement.
• BLS CPR card obtained in person.
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube, trach or vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the patient's home.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to ensure safe, consistent care.
• Support families with care plans and education as needed.
