Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License is required.
• Physical must be obtained within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray is mandatory.
• BLS CPR card must be valid and obtained in person.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent preferred, training available.
