**Shift: 7:00am - 5:00pm**
Job Summary:
The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and support in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility.
Essential Duties:
·Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
·Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
·Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
·Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

Qualifications:
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
