Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing facility.

The PTA will assist the Physical Therapist with treatments to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness while working with residents and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with geriatric population preferred.

Responsabilités

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Full Time & PRN

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
