Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our flexible staffing team. You’ll manage patient care across facilities under RN supervision, with control over your schedule and assignments.

This role offers competitive pay ($36-39/hour, up to $81,120 annually) with weekly payroll, bonuses, and benefits including health and dental plans, 401(k) with match, PTO, and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold MN LPN license and be in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a medical facility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities under RN supervision.
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver patient care.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor.
• Assist RN in carrying out physician orders, patient care and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medications, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools—under the supervision of an RN
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
• Assist RN in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

A few must-haves for License Practical Nurse:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Licensed Practical Nurseactive in the state of MNand in good standing
• Minimum of 1 yearof LPNexperience in a medical facility
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
