Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team and deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

As part of daily care, you will monitor health, administer medications, document care, and communicate with residents and families, while upholding infection control and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing and care teams.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
