Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our nursing team and provide quality resident care in a long-term care setting. You will work under RN supervision to implement care plans, monitor residents' health, administer medications, and document care faithfully.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license, communicates clearly with residents and families, collaborates with interdisciplinary staff, and demonstrates reliability, empathy, and respect

Qualifications
