Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing invites a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team and support residents across daily living activities and clinical needs in alignment with individualized care plans.

As an LPN, you will monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff, while upholding infection prevention and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing and care teams.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
