Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to residents. You will work with the nursing team to implement care plans, monitor health, and support daily living activities.

The role emphasizes effective communication with residents and families, adherence to infection prevention and confidentiality practices, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, respectful, and dignified resident

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing and care teams.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades
