Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents. You will work with the nursing team to support residents’ health, comfort, and daily care needs in accordance with care plans and facility requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LPN license, demonstrate excellent communication, and collaborate effectively with the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing and care teams.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
