Willow Grove Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Hatboro, PA is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Starting pay $30-$35 per hour with daily pay options.

You will work with a collaborative team to provide resident-centered nursing care according to plans of care. The position requires PA LPN license, CPR/BLS, ability to manage multiple residents, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.

• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.

• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.

• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
