Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN to provide in-home pediatric nursing in Hatboro, PA. The role focuses on one-on-one care for a child with tracheostomy/vent needs, with oversight from an RN and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF) is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing with RN oversight.
• Deliver skilled nursing care per plans of care.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff.
• Adhere to CDC safety guidelines and agency infection control procedures.
