Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Pennsylvania. You will provide one-on-one nursing care in the child’s home, working closely with an RN and clinical leadership to ensure safe, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or Multistate license.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QFT).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person, not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to ensure safe, consistent care.
