What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)

• Active CT LPN license

• ???? Current BLS certification

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Driver’s license (preferred)

• Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

• PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• COVID-19 vaccination
