Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must hold a current, active nursing license in the state of employment or a valid compact license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN with AT LEAST 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility
• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
