Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Harrisburg, PA and Duncannon, PA, invites certified nursing assistants to join a leader in flexible staffing for long-term care.

We offer guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, holiday pay, weekly or daily pay options, local assignments, and full-time or per diem paths with competitive wages ranging from $25 to $30+ per hour depending on shift and location.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in this state.
• Minimum six months experience in long-term care.
• Understanding nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulations relevant to long-term care.
• Deliver daily care and services in alignment with resident assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care provided and report changes to nursing staff.
