Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN to provide focused pediatric home health nursing in Pennsylvania. You will partner with an RN and the clinical leadership team to deliver skilled care with consistency and confidence during each visit.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing with RN oversight and direction.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Care delivered in alignment with CDC safety guidelines and best practices.

Education

PA LPN License

TB Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

BLS CPR (in-person)
