We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the clinical team at Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and clinical leadership to support high-quality, resident-centered outcomes. Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary care team
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to the RN
Perform routine clinical tasks including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Reinforce resident and family education provided by the RN and care team
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Support implementation of individualized care plans
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical observation and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
