Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled unit and long-term care team in Lebanon, Tennessee. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts, competitive pay up to $35/hour, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, family education, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Day shift and night shift availability.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
