Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. We offer 12-hour day and overnight shifts, competitive wages, and opportunities for advancement. New administrator and DON, interviews ongoing, and immediate hiring.

The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital sign monitoring, patient and family education, and collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. CNAs will be supervised by the LPN.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit, including medication administration (IVs) and vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
