Apploi in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing unit. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and support CNAs while delivering compassionate resident care in a 12-hour shift schedule (day or night).

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
