Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for 12-hour day or overnight shifts in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Full-time and part-time roles available. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and coordinate care with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.

• Medication administration, including IVs, and taking/recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
