Apploi is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit and Long-Term Care Unit in a facility located in Tennessee. We offer 12-hour day and night shifts, with full-time and part-time positions available.

This role includes medication administration (IVs where applicable), vital signs, and resident care tailored to long-term care needs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long-Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs, and record vital signs.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
