Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour day and overnight shifts in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on medication administration, vital signs, and comprehensive resident care in SNF and Long Term Care units.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Ability to perform 12-hour shifts (day and night).
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs as applicable, and monitor outcomes.
• Record vital signs and changes in resident condition and report to team.
• Educate residents and families; communicate with physicians, NPs, and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and collaborate with care team.
