Job summary

Belmont Health & Rehabilitation in Gastonia, NC is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts available include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, and weekends. Offers $28.00 to $32.50 per hour with shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NC
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort and wound care
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to policies
• Track patient histories and vital signs (HR, BP, temp, RR)
• Coach and mentor staff as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
