Job summary

Stratford Manor Health and Rehabilitation in Monroe, NC is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our compassionate clinical team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with flexible shifts and access to daily pay.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams, and support residents’ well-being following state and facility standards.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required or willing to obtain.
• Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality and adhere to policies.
• Track and review medical history, vital signs, and condition.
• Coach and support staff as necessary.

Rate of pay: $29.50 to $34.49 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
