Job summary

Copperfield Health & Rehabilitation in Concord, NC is hiring compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team in a top-rated long-term care and skilled nursing facility. We offer flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends) and both full-time and part-time positions with comprehensive benefits.

As an LPN you will administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor residents’ health, provide wound care, collect samples, and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being while following

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in North Carolina.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• New grads welcome (experience in LTC/SNF preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards of practice and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
