Job summary

Apploi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) in Tennessee to join our skilled nursing team in Oak Hill. The role covers 12-hour day and night shifts with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

The LPN will administer medications (including IVs), monitor residents, document vital signs, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and other care professionals. Supervision of CNAs is included.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with health-care team.

Responsibilities
