Job summary

Eagleridge Health & Rehab in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility. This role supports daily clinical operations and ensures residents receive quality, standards-based care.

Shifts include part-time 7a-3p and 11p-7a, as well as full-time and part-time 3p-11p; PRN weekends. The ideal candidate has an active LPN license, excellent communication, teamwork, and comfort documenting in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Support the nursing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery
