Opis Senior Services Group in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility.

This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations, with responsibilities including administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and documenting care in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
