Job summary

Kensington-Gardens-Rehab-and-Nursing-Center-2 is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility in Florida. This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care in the EMR, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
