Illuminus in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Lutheran Homes & Health Services to join our care teams on FT, PT, or Casual schedules. Shifts include Days, PM, and Night, with a pay rate of $26.55–$33.68 per hour depending on experience.

The LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under supervision, upholds patient confidentiality, and contributes to a compassionate, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to relate well to all individuals and adapt to change.
