Lutheran Homes & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or casual roles in Fond du Lac, WI. Shifts include day, evening (PM), and night, with a pay rate ranging from $26.55 to $33.68 per hour depending on experience.

As an LPN, you will provide prescribed medical treatment under the supervision of a registered nurse, deliver holistic care to older adults, and contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on compassionate
