LindenGrove Communities LLC in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full- or part-time roles. The position delivers prescribed medical treatment under the supervision of a registered nurse across AM, PM, and NOC shifts, with a $2/hour shift differential for PM/NOC and a sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates hold an active Wisconsin LPN license, CPR, and experience with geriatrics.

We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.

• Part-time positions available
• AM: 6am-2:30pm
• PM: 2pm-10:30pm
• NOC: 10pm-6:30am
• $2 shift differential added to base rate for any PM or NOC shift worked
• $30-32.75 per hour, based on experience
• Eligible for Sign On Bonus

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
