Aviata at Emerald Shores in Callaway, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role with day and night shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a). New grads are welcome to apply. The position involves direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility, under supervision of a registered nurse.

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each resident.

Major Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care giver provides direct patient care to the residents and patients of the health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home), assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
