SOLARIS HEALTHCARE PLANT CITY in Plant City, FL is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care daily. You will join a dedicated team in a facility with strong community ties.

• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in resident's condition to proper personnel per center policy
